Your dream is my passion. Buying a home can be an elaborate process, and I will partner with you every step of the way to attain your homebuying goals. From the very beginning, I will champion your best interests until we win the home of your dreams.

As your agent, here are the 8 basic steps we will follow together:

Have a conversation.

I want to understand your wants and needs. We will discuss what is most important to you in a home—Location? Neighborhood? Schools? Size? Style? Outdoor amenities? Architecture?—so that together we can create your ideal wish list.

Understand your finances.

I will connect you with a seasoned lender to obtain a pre-approval. This helps differentiate yourself as a serious buyer and gives a clear sense of what you can afford.

Find your home.

We will search together for homes in your budget that fit your needs. In addition to the MLS, I will proactively search Coming Soon properties that I have access to, as well as Off-Market listings exclusive to my brokerage.

Make an offer.

When we find the home of your dreams, we will determine your optimal price to offer, and I will represent you at my very best to get our offer accepted.

Conduct home inspections.

In today’s market, many sellers provide upfront home inspections prior to sale so there are no unknowns when buyers write their offers. However, when this doesn’t happen, buyers are prudent to have inspections done on their own to uncover any hidden issues in the home, and then potentially renegotiate the deal.

Arrange an appraisal.

The buyer getting the mortgage pays for an appraisal (professional opinion of value) of the home, as mortgage lenders will base their decision on granting financing based on this value.

Close the sale.

Once the loan is approved, we schedule the final signing of closing documents. Once signed, then the loan is funded, the county records the home in your name, and it’s yours!
