    In today’s digital world, you need to have a virtual online presence that grabs attention and gives you the greatest exposure possible. I hire the most talented photographers and videographers in the business to photograph your home in its best light and deliver engaging video that features the lifestyle of your home and neighborhood.
  • Proactive Strategy
    My marketing team establishes both pre-marketing and active market strategies that include social media advertising, email blasts, and outreach to my brokerage of over 1,000 local Coldwell Banker agents—plus my personal Realtor® and client connections.
  • Property Website
    We create a dedicated property website for your home, which is marketed on the local multiple listing service (MLS) and broadly distributed to national and global internet sites, including Realtor.com, Homes.com, Trulia, Zillow, Redfin, MLSListings.com, ColdwellBankerHomes.com, nytimes.com, wallstreetjournal.com, and hundreds of others.

Here is where you step in (or I hire professionals to help you do these things).

    Now that you’ve made the decision to sell, it is time to detach from your home. It can be emotional, but we want to declutter and depersonalize your home so that buyers can envision THEMSELVES and their belongings as they walk through your home.
  • Fixing Up
    Make any minor or major repairs as needed. Consider a fresh coat of paint and new light fixtures to brighten a tired space or even rejuvenate the whole house.
  • Cleaning Up
    Deeply clean the interior and exterior of the house and windows, and spruce up the landscaping to create impressive curb appeal.

Schedule a Stager Consult.

We want your home to SHINE. There is nothing like the sleek, fresh look of a “model home” to pique buyer interest in your home. To achieve this, I hire the best stagers I’ve found to make your home look as desirable as possible to as wide an audience as possible. This is not just about designing beautiful spaces; this is a profit strategy to attract multiple offers and sell your home for the highest possible price.

Schedule inspections.

We order home, termite, and roof inspections ahead of time so that buyers will know everything upfront when they make their offers, leaving no room for re-negotiating.

Showtime!

Once your home is staged and show-ready, we hit the active market. I or a trusted member of my team show up and meet every buyer and their agent, selling your home’s most salient features and answering any questions buyers might have. This also allows us to gather feedback on how well the home is showing and the interest level we have attained.

Present offers.

I present all offers to you and negotiate the highest and best offer in terms and price–  seeking a win-win solution that makes both sides feel positive and excited to move forward.

Follow through to the end.

I personally oversee the escrow process, ensuring all timelines are met and that we achieve our ultimate goal: a successful sale!
