To determine the current value of your home, we begin with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that examines comparable sales and all the nuances of those homes. What we evaluate closely are things like:

- Curb appeal
- The neighborhood
- Current market
This takes a live HUMAN—not something a site like Zillow can do. Zillow uses algorithms, which are almost always wrong. Even Zillow (in fine print) recommends you use a Realtor to assess your home’s worth.
